WBC Eldership Team

The eldership team at WBC are responsible for the spiritual shepherding of the church. They sense the spiritual vision, mission and direction that  God has for us and lead the church towards that goal. As part of this they determine and oversee the worship, teaching, prayer  and study programmes within the church.

Our Minister is also an elder of the church, and receives support in his ministry from the eldership team.

The team meets every two weeks to pray and discuss church leadership and pastoral matters.
