The EQUALITY BILL being debated in the Lords is likely to create significant restrictions for Christian organisations. The vote takes place on February 25th. There is a link on Facebook to a helpful video, which explains it in more detail

Police, Ashford Borough Council, and 8 partnering Ashford churches have all agreed to support a STREET PASTORS project in Ashford. If you are interested in being involved, please come to the Street Pastors meeting at 7.30pm on 28th January, at the Salvation Army, 115 Cudworth Road, South Willesborough TN24 0BE. 

“THE SOURCE – Open to God” Sunday, January 31st at 6.30pm – the church family of WBC meeting together to focus on God, our Source, and to listen to Him.

SMALL GROUPS meeting this week will continue with a short DVD that further explains the areas spoken about on Vision Sunday - a great opportunity to join a small group.

WBC QUIZ NIGHT- Saturday, February 6th at 7.30pm – a great opportunity to invite your friends and enter a team for an evening of fellowship and fun! See the notice board for more details and to sign up for the evening – individuals may also sign up if they wish to be allocated to a team.

The next MEN’S BREAKFAST is on February 13th at 8.00am. The speaker will be Andy Drake, from Christian Vision for Men. Please sign up on the list on the notice board, so we have an idea of numbers to cater for.

A group from WBC is going to the BIG CHURCH DAY out on 30th May, 2010. A group booking will be done on 22nd February. If you would like to come, please see Annet or Chris Lukkien. See the bulletin board for more info.
