LADIES!
Can you give two hours during the week to help with our Children’s
ministry? We need extra female helpers at our Tuesday club night
(6:15pm – 8:15pm, ages 7 – 11 years). Help can be given on a rota
basis. Please see Mike for details.
The next MEN’S BREAKFAST
is on February 13th at 8.00am. The speaker will be Andy Drake, from
Christian Vision for Men. Please sign up on the list on the notice
board, so we have an idea of numbers to cater for.
JEAN SMITH,
whose husband Alex was part of our congregation, when they were Graham
& Judy’s neighbours some while ago, died this week. Funeral details
are not yet confirmed.
SECRET SISTERS
This is a ‘fun’ way to support another lady in the church by praying
for them, encouraging them etc. If you would like to take part this
year, please complete the pink form in the vestibule and give it to
Linda (or put it in her pigeon-hole) before February 14th . Those who
took part last year do not need to complete another form!
We will be hosting the MARRIAGE COURSE
again this year in May and June. There will be a Taster Evening on
March 31st at WBC for any couples who are thinking about attending the
course. See Nick and Sara Horn for details and look out for invitation
leaflets which will be available soon.
A group from WBC is going to the BIG CHURCH DAY OUT
on 30th May, 2010. A group booking will be done on 22nd February. If
you would like to come, please see Annet or Chris Lukkien. See the
